Favorite New Smoothie

So simple: 1 banana + 1 cup frozen pineapple* + 14 fl oz coconut milk + 2 tbsp chia seeds and blend for a minute or two. So easy and sooo yummy! (Serves 1-2)

*You could use fresh pineapple too, but I like using frozen for the texture and temperature effects

  1. YUM! these were/are awesome!!! Chia seeds are so good and great for you, definitely a new item in the rotation. used by african tribes to run miles upon miles upon miles and to go into battle w/out fatigue etc!

  2. This is like a healthy piña colada! We’ve been taking a weekly wellbeing challenge with a few other Australian bloggers, and last week for us was ‘Eat chia seeds at every meal’ – this is too good not to try even if the chia challenge is finished!
