  2. I love oatmeal, and I eat it several times a week (with raisins!). It’s nice to know that I was inadvertently preventing heartburn in the process.

  3. That really does sounds like it could be a great mixture. I might have to try that for breakfast, even if it is meant for heartburn!

  4. I often have heartburn, this doesn’t involve the heart, right? I read once that it’s the gastric juices that does this. Is it right? But the oatmeal and applesauce really sounds good :)
