  1. This is so timely! On the cruise they had a hypnotist perform and then host a seminar on relaxation and he used this very method! He says it can also be a powerful tool for weightloss, quitting smoking and other things if you add the power of suggestion while you relax. It was very interesting.

  2. This is awesome. I’ve used a lot of breathing techniques to relax during yoga and they really work! Now I need to do them when I’m stressed at work. That’s the hard part. Thanks for this!
